All members must agree to the cancellation policy in order to use Coastal Core Fitness. There will be no exceptions.

All group classes require a 12-hour cancellation notice. Limited memberships and credit packages will forfeit their class if a class is not cancelled in advance of the noted cancellation period. Limited memberships and credit packages are charged an additional fee of $10 for a no-show. Unlimited memberships are charged $20 for a late cancel and $25 for a no-show if a class is not cancelled in advance of the noted cancellation period.
Private sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Private sessions will be charged 50% of the session price for a no-show.
If you choose to use our waitlist, you will be notified via email. You can be added to the waitlist up until 12 hours before the class. If you no longer wish to attend the waitlisted class you must remove yourself from the waitlist as you would a reserved space. Clients will be held accountable for all reserved space at the time of the class.
Classes cannot be rescheduled for a different class time past the 12-hour window. If you have questions please make sure to inquire before utilizing the service, to avoid penalty.
