The Method
Effective stimulation meets effective intensity.
Slow-speed training keeps the muscle under tension far longer than a conventional rep. The result is a workout that feels brutal and treats your joints gently.

High-intensity, low-impact, full-body training on the Megaformer™. Forty-five minutes, coached in a small group, at your own resistance.
01 / The Lagree Method™
Developed by Sebastien Lagree, The Method™ combines effective muscle stimulation with real intensity: a low-impact, heart-pumping, muscle-shaking, full-body workout on the patented Megaformer™.

The Megaformer™
Ten and a half feet long. Two platforms bookending a spring-loaded carriage on wheels. Depending on the target muscle group, the carriage resistance is altered to challenge the body through slow-speed training.
The Results
Greater confidence and an overall bad-ass attitude. Classes are small, our instructors focus solely on positive reinforcement, and they love the workout as much as you will.
These are goals and common benefits members work toward, not guaranteed outcomes.

The carriage runs on springs. Change the springs and you change the load, so the same movement can be scaled to a first-timer or a returning athlete.
Every repetition is deliberately slowed. Time under tension is the whole point, and it is what produces the shake.
The carriage moves, so your core never switches off. Stability work is built into every position rather than bolted on at the end.
Plan to lunge, plank and squat in various ways, all at a consistently slow tempo, with energizing music and coaching throughout.
03 / The experience
Start in a small group, or ask for a more personal introduction first. Both put you on the same Mega with the same certified coaching.
